We are an energetic, talented and friendly team that works closely with our clients.
We see us as the Partner with our clients
and our client’s supporting teams.
Our design team comprises of a Director who oversees the entire process and communicates with our clients. The project will be executed by a team of Designers and Draftpersons. Our Project Management Team will oversee the project during construction to ensure projects are delivered in time, within budget and in required quality. We also have a strong external network of Contractors and Sub-Consultants to support the team.
Katherine Li
Katherine Li, Founder and Director of Studio Plus Limited, is an experienced architectural designer and business strategist. Over the course of over 15 years in Hong Kong, Mainland China and Asia Pacific, she has gained notable respect in retail and corporate branding architectural and interior design, implementations and strategic roll-outs. She has intensive experiences working with renounce international retail brands such as Givenchy, Joyce, Juicy Couture, Club Monaco, Stella McCartney, Tom Ford, Jo Malone and Esprit. In addition to retail interior experience, Katherine also has extensive experience in commercial developments in Hong Kong, Mainland China, Asia Pacific and the United States. In recent years, Katherine managed design and A&A projects for the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and Towngas Telecom, both focusing in corporate and educational branding on façade and interior designs.
Professionally, Katherine has been trained as an Architect and is a candidate of the California Architects Board and the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards in the United States. Her skills are in the areas of corporate strategies, retail branding and development, and project management.
Katherine earned her Executive Master of Business Administration degree from Ivey Business School, University of Western Ontario and her undergraduate degree from the College of Environmental Design at the University of California, Berkeley with a major in Architecture.
